Robin Willoughby

Robin Willoughby brings nearly 20 years of experience as a director and leader in international affairs and environmental organizations with expertise on human rights, development, and sustainable supply chains. Robin was previously Co-founder and Director at Madre Brava and has worked at the United Nations in New York; served as Head of Policy and Campaigns on Food and Climate Change at Oxfam GB; led research on energy and the environment at the Royal Institute for International Affairs (Chatham House) and directed the UK campaign work of environmental organization – Mighty Earth.

Jim Walker has extensive experience working on global sustainability challenges, including approximately 20 years in leadership team roles with a focus on climate change and adjacent challenges. At Sustainable Energy for All he significantly advanced partnerships, strategy and fundraising efforts over five years, leading in early 2023 to the strongest funding position for the organization since its establishment. He has worked to build and manage a number of effective organizations, teams and programs, including serving as co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of The Climate Group and as founding CEO of the We Mean Business coalition. A former Olympic athlete in rowing, Jim holds a Masters degree in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, London, and has worked with or advised organizations including Environmental Resources Management (ERM), IKEA Foundation, the Netherlands Postcode Lottery, URS Corporation, Nike, WWF International, and HSBC. He has lived and worked in China and is currently based in the US.

Sarah Lake has been at the forefront of sustainable agricultural solutions for over a decade. She brings expertise in private sector action on climate change, particularly emissions from agricultural production and land use. She previously worked as Co-Founder and Executive Director at Madre Brava, and before this worked at World Resources Institute, leading corporate engagement and science-based targets on land use. She co-directed Trase in collaboration with the Stockholm Environment Institute and was Vice President and Global Director at Mighty Earth. She holds a PhD in the environmental and social impacts of cattle supply chains and has dedicated her career to scaling innovative initiatives to transform the private sector.
