Jenny Davis-Peccoud founded Bain & Company’s Sustainability & Responsibility practice in 2011 and led it for over a decade. She has worked with clients to shape sustainable business and value chain transformations, craft strategies to link sustainability to value creation, and align leadership teams behind ambitious agendas to reorient their organizations and eco-systems to more sustainable models.
Beyond broad expertise in ESG, Jenny has a particular focus on food systems transformation, circularity, nature and biodiversity and carbon transition. Her engagements have included sustainability strategy, sustainable growth and value creation, sustainable business transformation, sustainable supply chains, organization and leadership team alignment. Jenny writes and speaks extensively in her areas of expertise. Kavita Prakash-Mani
Kavita is the founder of Dragonfly Advisory and has over 25 years of experience in the environment and sustainability field, having worked across NGOs such as WWF, World Economic Forum’s Grow Asia and WRI and with companies such as Syngenta and as a corporate sustainability consultant.
She has established a new Asia based non-profit organisation, Mandai Nature, to fund and grow wildlife and ecosystem conservation and nature-based climate solutions in Asia working with local and regional NGOs.
Steve Howard
Dr Steve Howard is currently Vice Chairman, Sustainability at Temasek. He joined Temasek as Chief Sustainability Officer in January 2021. Steve is a founding board member of the Temasek‐BlackRock joint venture, Decarbonization Partners, and a member of the Investment Committee. Steve is also Founding Chair of the We Mean Business Coalition and a member of the LeapFrog’s Global Leadership Council. Before joining Temasek, Steve was Chief Sustainability Officer at IKEA Group from 2011‐2017.
In 2015, Steve co‐founded We Mean Business, a climate change coalition of organizations that helped support the Paris Agreement. Steve has also consulted on sustainability for major corporations and institutions, and worked with various NGOs and UN bodies on a wide range of global sustainability topics. Earlier in his career, Steve established the Global Forest and Trade Network at WWF, chaired the UK Forest Stewardship Council, and helped launch and chair The Forest Trust. Steve is trained as an ecologist and has a PhD in Ecophysiology and Environmental Physics.
